The room was spacious and had a comfortable large bed with plush pillows. The hotel itself was modern and had ample facilities. While we didn't have the chance to explore the pool and leisure options, the value for money was excellent. Additionally, although we couldn't comment on the ease of getting to the sights due to our short stay, the location was convenient enough for us to walk to nearby places.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering a range of treatments to unwind after exploring the city. The indoor swimming pool was also a great option for a relaxing swim. The room advantages were impressive, with exclusive facilities such as a private balcony overlooking the city. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were outstanding, with delicious cuisine and a great selection of drinks. The location advantages were also great, with easy access to popular attractions.

The only minor issue I experienced was the temperature control in the room. Despite having exclusive amenities, the air conditioning unit was not working properly, making the room slightly uncomfortable at times.

Very clean and comfortable rooms with kind personnel. Exellent breakfast and nice set of restaurants. Ideal position to main sights. Recommend as a hotel during yuor stay in Beijing. But if you book rooms in advance either arrive in time or inform them about late arrival. Also you can prepaid your rooms

The hotel was in a great location, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. it was right on the corner of a fairly busy intersection, making it convenient to catch a taxi or use public transportation. The rooms were clean and neat, with free wifi and an in-room computer provided. The staff was kind and helpful, offering assistance when needed.

The breakfast options were limited and could have had more variety.

The concierge went out of his way to help me with a request. Something he absolutely didn't have to do, but did anyways to make my life easier.

no wifi internet, which in this modern age, is quite surprising. Due to the English skills of the staff, it was a little difficult to explain some of my requests, but usually a 2nd explanation worked.

I booked this hotel solely on the customer reviews that I read on this site, everyone spoke well with regards to their visit here, ans I can confirm that all the praise is justified, myself and my girlfriend found our stay a highly satisfying experience. The rooms were spacious and well catered for, with all of the accessary's you could need, toothbrushes, shower caps, slippers etc, there were even bottles of wine and glasses in a drawer under the TV. I found the spoken level of English by all of the staff to be quite high so there were never any communication issues, the staff were also very helpful and polite all of the time. The location of the hotel is also good, a short distance from subway line 5 and a ten minute walk to Wangfujing St

To be honest I would be filling this box in just for the sake of it, if I was to name one thing I didn't like, it would be that the variety of movies available on the pay per view wasn't very good, but then I don't book a hotel on the quality of the movies they offer, like I said my comment here is for the sake of a comment rather than any issues I had with my stay.

Staff struggled with English communication, making it difficult to get information or help. The breakfast was overpriced and the variety of foods was limited.

Location of hotel was convenient for exploring the city. Metro station was a short walk away and there were plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for places to visit. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. Traffic outside was extremely loud and could be heard all throughout the night.
